I remember two Christmases back when my son was about 2 1/2, we were at my moms house looking at a book.

나는 내 아들이 2살 반쯤 되었을 때 두번째의 크리스마스를 기억하는데, 우리는 엄마 집에서 책을 보고 있었습니다.

 

The book had an artistic image showing both a pregnant woman and the baby she was carrying;

이 책에는 임산부와 그녀가 안고있는 아기를 모두 보여주는 예술적 이미지가 있었습니다.

아이는 이 사진에 관심이 많았습니다.

 

I asked him: "what do you think that baby's name is?"

나는 아이에게 "아기 이름이 뭐라고 생각하니?"라고 물었습니다.

 

He said, "God".

아이는 "신"이라고 말했다.

 

I asked him: "what do you think the name of that baby's mom is?"

다시 나는 아이에게 물었다. "그 아기 엄마의 이름이 뭐라고 생각하니?"

 

and he said, "her name's God too".

그리고 아이는 "그녀의 이름도 신이다."라고 말했습니다.
